Halloumi Wrapped Bacon Bites!

Halloumi Wrapped Bacon Bites  Kat Marr

Are you constantly in a rush, but you want your friends and family to think you have spent hours in the kitchen with mouth watering snacks? This simple appetizer won’t disappoint your guests.



What you will need:

1 block of halloumi cheese

1 packet of bacon, you can use whichever bacon you prefer

Chives for extra flavour 

Your choice of dip (optional) 



How to make:

  1. Cut halloumi into slices, aim for half a cm each slice. 
  2. Put a piece of bacon down and put the cheese horizontal and then wrap
  3. Repeat this until you have made your desired amount
  4. Pop into the oven for 18-20 minutes on 180 degrees fan bake.
  5. Garnish with chives

The easiest appetizer to date….All you need to do is cut some slices of halloumi cheese and wrap them up in bacon and pop them into the oven...and you are done! Three ingredients to add to your shopping list, but these halloumi and bacon bites will leave your friends wanting more of these mouth watering appetizers. If you’d like to spice things up, you can add your favorite dip too! A simple garlic aioli will do the trick. Simple is the go with this recipe!
